Renovation of compact 1940's apartment.  Sliding doors were introduced to create sense of space.  Murphy's folding bed was built into oak veneered storage unit.  Kitchen has green/grey lime stone work surface.  Kitchen and sleeping unit intended to read as one with continuous concealed uplighting.  Bathroom retains 1940's appearance and fittings.
